The SiNiSistar 2 final boss is The Otherworlder, and it does not play like the rest of the game. You cannot kill it with damage. Instead, the fight is a defense scenario: keep Hanya alive and uninterrupted until her Great Purification spell completes. The fight is identical on the Steam release for Windows and Mac, so the strategy below applies either way. Before any of that, you need the Scivias Powder, because walking into the top floor without it kills Lelia instantly and invisibly.
Preparing the Scivias Powder
Scivias Powder is crafted by Hanya once you reach the cathedral. To make it you need ingredients hidden across three cathedral wings: the dining hall, the library and the treasure room. The library ingredient, the Staurotheca, is the one players miss most often, because it sits below the first elevator rather than on the main path: ride the elevator up, then drop through the floor beneath you.
Carry the ingredients back to Hanya and she crafts the powder. The powder is used both for the final battle and for the optional Seere fight, so do not burn it early without thinking about which one you want first. When you are ready, take it to the map with the two marble pillars and use it in the middle.

How the Otherworlder fight works
Hanya stands at the center and projects a shield that blocks part of the incoming attacks while slowly healing. The shield has its own durability, and that is the real health bar of the fight. If Lelia falls or the shield runs out, the barrier breaks and the run ends immediately. Staying near the center and clearing threats before they reach the shield matters more than chasing damage.
Patterns and damage numbers
The fight has three recurring threats, and all of them can be handled with positioning and the exploding arrow.
| Threat | Damage | How to handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Explosive drop | 50 on the area blast | Bait it toward the edges, away from Hanya's shield |
| Blood mist from the shoulders | 30 per burst | Shoot the pus down from range for guaranteed MP back |
| Fetuses from both sides | Grab, not damage | Kill with a single exploding arrow splash |
The explosive drop tracks the player first and locks its coordinates when the foreign body closes its eye, so move early and never stand between the marker and Hanya. Fetuses die to any hit, which makes the exploding arrow ideal since its splash clears several at once. Intercepting the shoulder pus with arrows reliably returns mana, which keeps the whole loop sustainable.
When the purification gauge fills, the Otherworlder grabs both sisters, and a final button prompt either breaks the hypnosis or ends the run. Succeed and its head is destroyed; lose and the game over scene plays out. After the victory, the boss is left in slug form, and either choice you make there ends the game.
FAQ
1.How do I start the SiNiSistar 2 final boss?
Craft the Scivias Powder with Hanya, then walk to the specific map and use it between the two marble pillars. The Otherworlder battle begins as soon as the powder is used.
2.Can I win the final boss by killing it directly?
No. The goal is to protect Hanya while the Great Purification finishes. The boss cannot be defeated by damage alone, so the fight plays like a defense scenario.
3.What happens if Hanya's barrier breaks?
If Lelia collapses or the shield's durability reaches zero, the shield breaks and the run ends. The shield turns red as its durability drops, so that color is your warning.
4.What do I get for beating the final boss?
A strong staff and the final gallery scene. After the boss is reduced to a slug, you choose whether to kill it or not, and either choice rolls the credits.
